  I should have known when I pulled in a nearly empty parking lot that this was not going to be the place for me! I went in to inquire about getting teeth extracted die to severe pain. My face was visibly swollen. The girl at the desk made me an appointment for two days later. Then they kept calling saying they couldn't verify my insurance. So I gave them the number, finally, and they called to let me know they were successful at verifying. I arrive for my appointment and immediately hit the obstacle about my heart murmur! Then the doctor says he will take care of me and instructs the assistant to give me two antibiotics for the murmur. I have to wait an hour so I ruin to get paperwork that I left at home (I live 3 minutes away!) and receive a call telling me they can't treat me! The doctor asked me while I was sitting in the exam chair how much I weighed and tells me a guy (a patient) has already broken his chair, twice. So, to me, I didn't get the treatment I needed because he felt I was too overweight and I wouldn't allow them to use my murmur as a reason to not treat me. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!

  This dentist has filed false claims against my insurance. His office has repeatedly lied to me. I paid over $700 but after learning he was trying to file a false claim I asked for my money back. Do you think I got my money back? Stay away from this insurance fraud. And now they just hang up when I call. This place is a joke.
