  Damaged my apartment in 5 separate places by not covering before laying materials down. Missed a spot of stain on the hardwood. Did not compensate me for the damage and accused me of lying about it. Do not hire.

  Sullivan did my floors in October 2012 (water-based) see 2014 pictures. True professionals. Great job. Follow their care instructions.

  Just nice people. And did everything to satisfy us without complaint. When the floor stain was not dark enough, the simply, with no grumbling, simply made it right. I recommend them unreservedly.

  Sullivan replaced the floors in our Upper West Side apartment in two parts, half one year, half the next. The work began and ended on schedule. The workers were professional and helpful. The end result was exactly the floor we wanted.
