  Staff is always gracious and welcoming. Best place in KC for a relaxing coffee.

  Great service. I was able to redeem my free Birthday drink w the email I got. Clean place. Music was perfect. Prompt service.

  Been here several times and they always make it perfect. The espresso is always times great app it's not too bitter or watery. There's never a line when I go and they're always quick. All of the staff I've encountered seems pretty friendly and professional. I've never ordered food from this location so I can't comment on that aspect.
