  Very rude over the phone! Speaks over the customer. I would not use their services just because of how the owner spoke to me! Don’t waste your time! I even explained that he was not very nice and he still was rude.

  This is our second time using this shop. The owner is great. Very fair prices. He is one of the best shops in the area for transponder keys. He has a dry sense of humor that my be off-putting to some. Get over it. You will save a fortune going here and the service is first rate. Little details like telling you the programming PIN for your car make a big difference.
