  Purchased a CPO car this passed Saturday. John the salesman was great, helpful and informative. Chris the finance manager was also helpful. They worked with us with our trade and the whole process was very low pressure and efficient. I have always hated buying a car because of the back and forth dealing and high pressure tactics and the long 4 to 5 hour ordeal but this purchase was painless and a real treat to me and my wife. First time in 30 years of purchasing cars. Highly recommend them if they work like this all the time.

  Great service after the sale. Schultz took the time to document an out-of-warranty problem on my car to Ford and get the repair paid by Ford (this is a common issue on my car but there's no recall). Other dealers and brands have left me with a big repair bill in the same situation, so this effort by Schultz (and Ford) was a huge, pleasant surprise. This kind of positive outcome is rarely possible without the dealer making the case FOR the customer.

  Bought my new Focus here in 2014 and had a great experience. Internet Sales in Haverstraw handled all my questions/concerns/financing and made sire I met an urgent $4500 rebate deadline before turning me over to the Nanuet location (where the car was in stock) for delivery. Now I have 33k and have had a couple of warranty items and a recall over three service visits at this shop. Schultz Haverstraw Service (all staff but especially Wayne) have consistently done an outstanding job of treating me as a valued customer...communicating in advance/during/after service, standing behind Ford's products, helping me with transportation during repairs...in short, making it a genuine pleasure to drop off/pick up my car and helping me enjoy my Ford ownership experience. I'm glad to find such a good dealership so close to my home.
