  I put in my order on the app after a long day at work and a workout. All I wanted to do was get home and eat my chipotle chicken sandwich. When I opened it at home, there was no chipotle mayo, no cheddar cheese that I specifically ordered and was willing to pay for, no lettuce. Just bread and chicken. If I wanted that I could have made it at home. This is the third time I've been to this location and the second time they've messed up my order.

  Always pretty good food. Get the avocado flatbread. The drive-thru could use a sound system improvement though.

  Once the person at the counter finally got off the phone with his girlfriend he completely messed up our order. Creatively. Kind of wished he just stayed on the phone. Then, just for kicks, the soda fountain had no ice and still didn't when we left, the tea smelled like sewer water and the place was full of kitchen smoke. What fun.

  This is absolutely my favorite places to eat when I go for appts. I'm originally from Texas and Schlotzsky's one of the popular fast food places to eat. This store is always immaculate. The staff is always nice, the food is fresh, the breads are fresh and the locating is great.
