Been in here twice now. Food is spot on, perfectly made. Sad part is that the front register lady is very nice to customers but can be heard putting down the employees behind the kitchen doors or scolding them. I felt it was unnecessary to talk to staff this way when customers are in the lobby. Happened on both visits.

We love this location because the staff is always very friendly (both in person and over phone orders) and the food is always made promptly and tastes fresh. Bonus, they still have the raspberry lemonade machine where a lot of Schlotsky’s have “upgraded” to the digital Coke machines.

This is the worst Schlotzsky's in Fort worth. My 17 year old son was so excited to get his first job here until the manager Ms. Janis ruined it for him. He is a very sweet, hard working and polite kid. In the 2 weeks he worked here she screamed at and humiliated him in front of customers, threatened to fire him on his 2nd day of work because he wasn't remembering the sandwiches fast enough, and got in his face screaming more than once. I made him quit because he was trying his best and she was just plain mean and caused him severe anxiety. Do not let your child go to work for this woman. Very unprofessional.

Great place for a lunch with coworkers. I love the chicken avocado flatbread!

I ordered a pizza and a bacon turkey sandwich. 1st thing is the pizza was all bread had very little heck pretty much no cheese and it was somewhat burnt the pepperoni's had a very strong flavor like they were old. The sandwich I ordered smelled and tasted like chemicals is the best way I can desribe it, once I took the bacon off it wasn't nearly as bad which again believes me to think their meats were old. The lady who took our order was also yelling at her staff because they asked for napkins, she also was yelling about the amount of cheese they used which is prob why I hardly had any on my pizza :( . Overall it was a bad experience and I would never go back to this store, Oh and my cookie was as hard as a rock it just wasn't fresh!! However! A word to the wise the location on BEACH STREET in Fort Worth is amazing♡♡ pizza is the best sammy and meats always taste fresh.
