Very bad service. 2 ladies were working when we walked in. A black lady and a hispanic lady. They just did not come to the cash register to take our order. We had to wait 5 or 7 minutes for anyone to take our order. Finally a lady carol came to help us. She was definitely not very friendly. As a business owner myself, i like feeback of my employees. So i found the need to write this review.

Let’s bypass talking about the bad customer service by the staff from Management to cashiers and focus on the food. Fact: Bugs, in the food and on the utensils. The people that keep this place alive is You, Whom enjoy eating trash food, and appreciate lack of customer service. Pay close attention to the bug, and the glitter that was served to me when I ordered this food which I didn’t eat. I send it right back and asked for my money back. They do not seem to mind serving food with bugs so ask yourselves, You that eat this trash M-Sat. for lunch. “How many bugs and glitter pieces have swallowed?” The staff here have already giving up on life, have no respect for themselves or for what they do and are simply there to earn a paycheck even if that requires them serve you bugs and glitter with your food.

I visited this location about a week ago looking to score some of their famous sourdough bread for a freind visiting from out of town. The manager was super helpful on a special request I made. The inside is clean and inviting. Highly recommend stopping by.

Schlotzsky's must have recently hired the marketing team from Freebird's. Looks pretty cool with an emphasis on the Austin roots! Also, the new menu items are pretty good so far. I have tried the sliders so far, and I will definitely be back to try the other new things. Really good food, excellent service, and digging the new look!

Great food, but that's about it. A couple of months ago, I went inside when it wasn't very busy. I was told two or three times that someone would be with me soon to take my order. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, I walked out. I figured maybe I'd give them another chance today. Drive through was very slow during the lunch hour (20+ minutes for 4-5 cars). Not impressed.
