  Love Schlotzsky's bust this location gave me the wrong order. I ate it because I've never had a bad sanchwich there. 1st mistake they've ever made on my order in Ever!

  Good but so expensive for a sandwich and chips. Should have gotten take out at a restaurant for my family like I first thought. Schlotzski's is good but really.....

  Very slow drive through, get to the window and teens flirting and not in a hurry to do anything including give me my change. Smh

  I have enjoyed the food for years, it does matter which location you eat at though, with that said. Mansfield corporate store is great also the forest hill corporate is also good.

  The person taking my order was eating and drinking behind the counter when I walked in. I waited for a good 15 minutes until she noticed me because she was also just hanging out on her phone as well. I love Schlotzskys but I won't come back to this location because that is unsanitary. And when we informed the manager, he just told us "Don't worry about It". I'm sorry but that is not how you treat a customer with a concern.
