::Schilling Travel was down right chilling! I spoke to Francine who sounded terrible answering the phone, and was very rude about my husband and I needing to have specifics, which we had. We wanted to take a trip to Hawaii and had done tons of research in regards to the road to Hana, the rainbow eucalyptus trees, the spam obsession, the leapracy exile, really all of the bases. The agency then started working with us tandem style between the owner Robert, and Francine. Robert was a real joke, demeaning, arrogant, and completely self absorbed. He talked for hours about himself and all the trips he took, instead of help us book ours to Hawaii. It was a nightmare, and the worst part is we did our own trip estimate before reaching out to them to see if they could provide us a better deal. The agency came in $900 higher!!! What a worthless way to spend a day, my advice, stay away!

::The worst experience I have ever had with a travel agency. I spoke to Tiffany. The moment she realized travel destination was from africa, all her focus was if I had a credit card and if I can show her the visas of the people travelling even though I repeated told her I was local in Minnesota. Then she called back after searching for the tickets and kept insisting i come in and pay in office. I asked to then tell details of the flights she wants to reserve, only then did she realize she made a mistake and ticket went from 1700 to 4000 per person on delta and this is all she could find, not even taking the effort to look at other airlines, which for sure I will get it cheaper. Then dismissed me to look at other travel agencies. Really felt discriminated against. Dont waste your time with this one. The worst customer experience ever especially for African travellers. We are in the new Millennium people!!
