  Had the Po'Dog (this time) and it was delicious! Nice andouille sausage, yummy Cajun slaw and the Stube sauce is perfect. Nothing much to report back this time, but the few other sausages I've tried here have also been really nice. I'll be back again soon.

  The place is small but mighty. Great brats & sausages. Really good prices and enough seats that you can get one most if the time. Highly recommended!

  It's a small place with limited sitting (sits at most 5-6 ppl). My friend and I were there to try the Beyond Sausage dogs and we really liked them. We ordered the Beyond Classic, which turned out to be really tangy because of the mustard and sauerkraut, and Banh-meat, which we liked because of the daikon-carrot slaw. The Beyond Sausages are excellent and so tasty. The pretzilla buns are also a nice touch.

  Hot dog was really nice. May be I should have take normal sausage instead of cheddar sausage. The pretzel bread is really cool

  Sample Schaller's wursts at this quick and convenient counter. Start with The Classic: soft role, juicy wurst, grain mustard, kraut. Delicious. Rueben dog also hit all the right notes. Friendly staff threw in sample of insanely comforting bone broth. Happy place.
