::The guys there were trying to tell me how to take care of my 13 year old python I understand they take care of animals like this for a living but keeping an animal for that long takes a certain amount of understanding , respect and research they Kinda made me feel stupid even though I have 2 100% healthy snakes and have had them for years. They also, keep animals in their road show display, definitely inhumane I have been a customer of reptile stores all my life and spend a lot of money on my animals. I'd prefer it if they treat what their selling like we would treat our own animals... I'm never going back.

::I love Scales N Tails. Dude thats ALWAYS on his phone seems to have an attitude every time I've gone in now. I wish this location was like the one in Englewood. They're always friendly. I will continue to go in but am hopeful dude will change his attitude or they replace him with someone who's nicer eventually. Just try to smile and pretend you like what you do dude.

::I got a bearded dragon from here a few months back and had a terrific experience. The people were all very informative, patient and kind. Richard? I think was his name went a long way to make sure i knew everything i needed to know and even got me a custom setup for our new lizard friend. Our beardie is now a few months old and very happy & healthy! I would love to stop in more, if it was closer to my house. I try to come in whenever we are in the area! Highly recommend!
