  Horrible service complete and total liars. And I’ve heard this before. But casue of some of there reviews I decided to give them a chance. However I was horribly mistaken and truly believe they leave fake reviews on there own account to attract clients. They ruined mine and my girlfriends entire day. They did not want to fulfill and order that an hour was spent on just to have them lie one hour before it had to be there by making up a ridiculous excuse and leaving us with no way to ever get it done in time. Please beware beware beware! You will be extremely dissapointed in the end I assure you. Funny you told me that you had checked with your bank and they also said it didn’t go through. Which now we can see was also a lie. I also call my bank and they said at no time was any charge attempted on my card to begin with. Which means after You took the order and wasted my time you chose not to do it casue you didn’t like the amount. I live in NY so stop lying about me being out of state. I also clearly told you check with your bank and anyone else you have to but make sure this order goes through as you have no taken all the time I had to go somewhere else. You are liars and ruined mine and my girlfriends entire day. They cheated us and I promise they will cheat you too as soon as you break what ever financial threshold they have so please beware not to ruin your special day. They even now still lie to try and protect themselves the same way they leave there own positive reviews.

  I have known Ajay for many years. He and his staff always take the time to make a beautiful flower arrangement that lasts for weeks. When you buy from a chain store, you are paying the chains franchise fees and getting lower quality. Support local business!

  This place is great, Ajay is very personable and will do his best to make sure your needs are met, I recommend this place to anyone you will not regret it.

  Sayville House of Flowers is an amazing florist company. Ajay is a great owner and he's always fulfilled my requests, assisted me a lot especially by allowing me to purchase a personal happy birthday message photo card via 3rd party and ship it to his store and he held it there for three weeks and delivered it at the times I asked to my cousin's house. I have never experienced such fantastic customer service before. They always go the extra mile. They're so friendly and kind. I felt bad I did that as it was my first time doing an order like that too. The next month I did the same again except I waited for a few days before my other cousin's birthday and ordered the flowers and personal birthday message card via 3rd party and Ajay made everything so easy for me. These made my cousin's day. They loved the flowers. I will always purchase flowers here. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!

  This place is Fantastic. I have used them a dozen times for flowers and the flowers delivered actually were nicer than those in the catalog. I don't even look in the catalog anymore. I now just ask them to send something nice at a given price. They also have really nice cards for all holidays and I usually end up shopping there for that last minute birthday card too. Owners and staff and very friendly, helpful and courteous. I'm always lucky on the lottery tickets I buy there as well.
