  My technician took pride in her work and was very sweet. The employees are kind and give you wine, coffee, etc. Most times I am very particular with my nails and can't look away from what the technician does as I always have to tell them how to do things, but with Niurka I did not have to :) toes and fingers are all even and happy !

  I Absolutely love this place. After trying almost every nail salon in the area for years I finally found one that I love. The service is incredible, super friendly staff, they make you feel at home and the place is spotless. I wax my eyebrows with Damaris and I’m super happy with her attention. My eyebrows look so much better since she is doing it and Yorleni for my mani and pedi is the best! I love her! Overall a great experience at Sayos spa.

  Nice and quick service. Their Costumer service is great and I guess because the owner is working at the shop and actually she did the back waxing for me was not painful at all 😁

  the person who did my nails did not speak English, therefore misled me and cost way more than what I wanted to pay, without telling me. very angry at her but she said "sorry me no English" guess what I had to pay for things I did not need. unfair and wont go back for sure!

  I went to Sayos after reading the good reviews. I had the worst time with my technician. She was rude and told me in front of other customers I had a fungus on my nail. I do not have fungus on my nails I had hit my toe with the edge of the bed and it turned black and blue. She doesn't speak English and I didn't want to complaint in front of everyone. I went on a cruise and came back yesterday it still bothered me. I will give them another try if I'm ever in Miami because everyone else was really nice. I sat on the third table. She's very rude and unpleasant.
