  They are always short staff, there is a line all the way to the door. Those that have been there for a while are overworked and they are putting new people to make the drinks and food that don’t know what they’re doing or taking orders that don’t know their menu options. This has been a reoccurring thing for the past month and a half and is completely unacceptable.

  Many of the employees are super rude, the wait time is extremely long and my order has been messed up many times. Ive seen flies in the pastry display a couple of times as well. While the food is good, the process of getting it from here is an awful experience more often than not

  It was a bug in my drink and the service is super slow but the food is always good

  Some of the workers have horrible attitudes. There’s one worker with glasses that makes drinks from time to time and she’s very rude. The manager herself always looks discombobulated and there’s very few times I go and my order is correct. It seems like these people are always short on staff and I can’t get that upset... don’t understand why more people aren’t helping out. A majority of their workers probably need more training.

  Incredible vibe at this cafe! The team is always upbeat and friendly and the playlist is amazing. Also love the chalkboard wall and the student artwork.
