  never had a problem with these guys and I've taken a lot of clothes there for tailoring and cleaning alike...Love the spot....Staff is courteous and professional but by the same token I always treat them with respect.

  Please do not support saveway ckeaners...overpriced , staff is extremely rude and does not have the basic understanding to treat customers with respect. Dont waste your money!!

  They hot iron barcodes onto your tags to track your items. They did not tell me this before hand. I gave them expensive designer clothes and I did not expect them to deface and devalue their labels with paper barcodes ironed onto them covering the size information. They would only remove once I told them I’m never coming back. Beware!!!!

  Went this morning and went to pay for my cleaning with my credit card. I was told I was “declined” I gave my chase debit card which did not work and neither did my 3rd and final card. I returned after work and proceeded to give them my credit card again which again I was told I was “decline” this time my first debit card and it worked. I got home and saw the charge on both my credit card and my atm card. I called the credit card company; they never saw my card get declined and will put a dispute on the charge. Th3 customer service here has totally gone bad. The counter girls are busy socializing and using the wrong word -declined. Sorry after years of going since 1999 I will look for another business...

  This place likes to rip people off $40 for a zipper when told $30 BEWARE DO NOT GO THERE!!!!
