  Very rude manager. No customer service at all. Their furniture is very low quality, won’t last at all. Don’t waste your time. Well not only was the manager YELLING at me in his store, he called me SILLY, said there’s SOMETHING WRONG WITH ME. I was trying to understand what the girl in front was explaining to me and the manager came to the front all of a sudden and started shouting and cursing me out in the store. He even said I’m OBVIOUSLY NIGERIAN, cos only Nigerians behave stupid. Simple customer service entails trying to explain whatever it is for the customer to understand. But NO, you begin to curse me out. No one cares if they have other stores or customers, these people would call you names if you question anything. THIER FURNITURE IS ALSO LOW QUALITY. You get what you pay for. I repeat, DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

  Lara is amazing and supremely helpful. I’ve been looking all over the US for a match to my world market bar stools and Lara solved my problem brilliantly. She didn’t have the exact height and color combo that I was looking for so she grabbed the right colored top, took off the existing legs (which were the wrong height), and replaced them with legs that were the right height from another bar stool (the seat was the wrong color for that one). She went above and beyond my expectations and I’m so thankful that I drove out to Pantego and that I got to meet her. Everything that I saw in the shop was appropriately priced. I think that this shop is perfectly priced and located for college students, or people like myself that are on a beer budget but have champagne tastes, that need to furnish a home on a budget. Ignore the negative reviews, which appear to have been written by only one person.This store is fabulous and carries a wonderfully diverse selection of home items at reasonable prices and a helpful team!
