  It looked really good and so we went but the waiter was very rude. It was packed and ppl made reservations but no need to be rude tourist. One person was nice but since the 1st person we encountered we decided to leave and eat somewhere else.

  Very satisfying meals provided at this establishment for a reasonable price and with a nice ambiance to boot.

  Mushroom fries were the best! The salmon was delicious as well, host was friendly and it was easy to get a table.

  Great place for unique drinks and a nice dinner. The restaurant week menu had a lot of options and the brownie dessert was delicious.

  Always/consistently amazing. Good for comfort food. Sauce has been around Hayes Valley since before the new-ish wave of trendy restaurants in the area. There's a good reason for that. If you prefer to dine someplace that is not pretentious, but the food is still wonderful, Sauce is the place.
