  I love this place. Classes with Melissa are wonderful. All of the instructors are great. Very nice Pilates equipment as well.

  If you are going to do Yoga, you might as well do it right. So I highly recommend this place based on the quality of the sessions and knowledge of the instructors. An great experience every time I am in the Studio and for the rest of the day. Can't wait until my next session this week. I would recommend it for everyone!

  I experienced Top Yoga and Pilates QUALITY instruction and Education. Everything is aligned to assist you to be the best you can be- for success! ______________________________________________ There are a large variety of classes to enjoy. All the instructors were experienced and caring . You can only win by trying the intro special!

  Best Yoga and Pilates Studio on Long Island! The classes here and teachers are awesome. I would recommend it to anyone!
