The food is the absolute best! However, the staff is rude and nasty. They need to clean that kitchen so bad. My husband and I went there the other day and saw a roach... yeah no thanks. I will stick with the one at the Tucson Mall.

I don’t recommend this place but... I love going to sarku when I go to any mall that does have it but I went to this one and the two girls at the register were in their own world on their phones and did the least amount of customer service. No smiles and no eye contact. Also it’s been awhile since I’ve had sarku but from the times I did go they would cook the noodles then and there but today it was already cooked like something you would get at Panda. The noodles were not that good and it seems really bland.

They say they open up at 10AM. LMAO. That's bull! I went at 10:15AM and they said it would be another 15 minutes. Get your act together or change your hours! It's not that hard to run a very very very small business.

Very rude service. I can't say who exaclty was the guy who served me because they have no name tags, but this is not the first time I feel disrespected, not just towards myself but for those around me. First of all, your not supposed to have your earphones while you're working. Second, when a spanish speaking costumer says you served them the wrong thing, you should fix it instead of pretending you don't understand her because you clearly did know when you responded to my sister in Spanish. And next time, don't throw my food at me. Not my fault people don't like their jobs.
