  When all hope was lost and I thought I would have to deal with a terrible looking broken, ripped off nail, this place made a new nail. 5 stars.

  On November 7th, 2010, at 1pm, I went to Sarah's Nail Salon at 419 Lake Ave. S, Nesconset, 11767, for a brazilian wax. I did not pay attention to see if they have this service listed on the price list, I just walked in and inquired if they have this service. One older staff greeted me and said they do, and she took me in for the service. Through out the service I began to realize she may have none or not have enough experience on being an Esthetician. The service was done rather poorly, and I have never felt so much pain in my whole life. Based on my previous 6 years of experience on getting a brazilian wax, I knew she did not did a good job (she was pulling my skin so hard that I instantly got rashes). After the service I immediately asked for a manager and also inquired about the proof of Esthetician licensing. They refused to send out a manager and said the proof is on the wall, when it was hung so high up that I could not see any details nor photo ids. I expressed that I was willing to pay for my service, but I just want to make a complaint so that they could consider improving. They refused to communicate and forced me to leave the salon right away. It was then I also noticed that they DID NOT have brazilian wax put up on their price list. I suspect that they did not have proper licensing for esthetician. Although another staff who was not responsible for the service apologized to me instead, I still have to warn you DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON! AT LEAST NOT FOR WAXING SERVICE! AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY RUDE! BEWARE!
