  Sarah Palmer is outstandingly competent, knowledgeable, caring and thoroughly engaged in her work. As a healthcare professional myself, with complex musculoskeletal issues, I can attest to her dedication to her patients, her mastery of her field and her amazing ability to use massage techniques to reduce pain and improve mobility. I recommend her unhesitatingly. Addendum: Six months later I can add to my previous review that Sarah continually expands her understanding of how my musculoskeletal system works - and doesn't work - and adjusts her techniques accordingly, with great success. She's really enormously talented and I feel quite lucky to have found her.
