  Love this place, high quality sushi at a decent price. traditional Japaneses atmosphere and decor. waiters and waitresses are friendly and attentive. Great place!

  Some of the best sushi Long Island has to offer. Superb presentation, excellent staff & comfortable atmosphere come together at this long standing authentic Japanese restaurant. Highly recommended.

  As one of the many sushi places on Long Island I found it intriguing that it would be in such a known location along Merrick Road and near any of the secondary highways / parkways. I may never have time to go there for dinner but, if I'm in need of a place for lunch that serves a variety of sushi and other items on the menu or specials. I shall choose Sapporo as that place not only for the food but for myself the little things - music, decor, and service.
