  My Dad was placed here for Rehab last week. The only reason he is still here because of the outstanding staff. Dad has Alzheimer's and more recently diagosed with Parkinson's. The conditions of the building need help, but Id rather have less than stellar conditions and amazing staff than the other way around. Thank ALL of you for how you are helping Dad!!!

  Do not send your loved one to this facility. It is a disgusting place for them to live. Most of the staff seem like they do not have compassion toward the residents. They are extremely understaffed. I just had a meeting for a plan for my mother on Thursday and have yet to see any follow through on their part. They have her on morphine and Percocet and tell her she has to eat purée food because of her chances of choking. If they didn't have her doped up like this, maybe her chances of choking would decrease. I feel like they are giving her these meds so they don't have to deal with her. Please whatever you do, do not choose this place to house your elderly loved one. Please take note that this used to be Elant and was purchased by Sapphire. So do not go off of the reviews from when it was Elant.

  Excellent, friendly, very helpful nurses and nurses aides. Rehabilitation staff has to be the best there is. I spent two months at this facility and was happy to go home but also sad to leave.
