  Some were rude , especially the staff that are sitting down with there desk doing nothing. One of the lady's were nice to answer a question but ones I asked her to help with some paper work she got all rude and anoyyed and would tell me that I should just do it online. Clearly if I went to the bank it's to get personal help. Never going there again

  I'm so fed up with this branch here! They have the worst service from tellers (all very rude) and they haven't fixed their door. The door is always unlocked because the card scanner is broken. I told the staff about it many times but no one has seemed to care. I can't use the ATM at this branch because of that reason. A homeless man has made himself a home in the ATM area at night. I can't use the ATM without the safety of the card scanner to enter MY BANK! I had to spend money at another ATM today to extract money from my account! I'm so angry, this has been going on for a year!
