  The worst banking service!! The tellers and especially the Branch Manager ANDREW WILLIAMS are LAZY and do not care for customers business. They are very unprofessional and I feel very uncomfortable going into this office. I will be closing my account and I will be banking with TD, Chase or BOA.

  Worse Customer service I called 30 minutes before for some change for my business when I went there they told me you didn't call and told me to wait 30 minutes more

  Worse service ever!! New to the bank and was told by "CHEIF TELLER" Odettee V Toussaint that she could not complete my transation of a withdrawal because it was my first direct deposit. The teller gave false information, and made me wait a entire 2 hours to finally release my funds to me! Wprse exieren e ever! I will. E closing this account and banking else where
