::This is the first time I have eaten at this restaurant. The food was great and the service was excellent. Our server was attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

::2 years ago was the first time eating here, we were visiting from Kentucky. There was seven of us in the party at the last minute before they closed surprisingly they accommodated us and what a surprise we got. The food was excellent and very authentic Mexican food, down to the flour tortillas, they were homemade. The pricing was very good for every meal they had. The outside we were very skeptical because it did not seem like the overcharming high priced other Mexican restaurants, but inside was so much different, felt like a down-to-earth style restaurant. Well we visited again 2 years later finding it to be just the same with the same high quality food. Enjoyed the atmosphere, it wasn't too noisy, very spacious inside, service was great, but the food was even better. Everything had that authentic Mexican taste that we all desired. Oh and the portions were tremendous, they did not skimp on anything, the refried beans to my surprising was not like some of those that we got before other places where they were slightly runny and spread out to make it look like a more abundant, these beans where thick and tasty, full of flavor as was everything else.

::This restaurant was AMAZING. Now that the construction allows you to pull into the establishment without flattening your tires....it was wirth trying. The food was no "Taco Bell". You can tell this restaurant cooks from the ❤❤❤. I could just sit and just eat their tortillas....they are that good. If you have NEVER tried Santa Rosa.....time to get into the car & go!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

::As regards the breakfast taquito: delicious homemade flour and corn tortillas of generous size and tasty fillings (egg… a la Mexicana… or with… bean or bacon or sausage or nopal, etc.) are the hallmarks of Santa Rosita. To boot, here will you find decent coffee, authentic beans, and ATTENTIVE service! My only beef is with the acoustics inside….the tile floor (which is attractive and clean, mind you) does make for a loud ambience. I LOVED the windows, which wrap around and give a natural light and elegance to the place. Thank you to the staff for all wearing masks. I highly recommend, and, if you’re in a hurry, the drive through looks great! Another amazing gem of a Mexican restaurant staffed with kind people in CC!!

::Food was pretty good, had the Texas plate. But service had a major problem. Every other table was marked "UNUSABLE" to maintain social distancing, which is good, but every usable was either full or dirty. Servers were trying their hardest to wait on their customers plus they had to bus their own tables. My party, and ever party that came in after me until about 1:15, had to stand and wait for the server to clean it off and sanitize it before we could sit, then wait for the server to come back and take our order. Management really needs to hire a busboy during the lunch rush so the servers can properly take care of their customers.
