  I called and made an appointment for special pick up of a couch and put it out on the designated date but it was never picked up. When I called to see what had happened they said they didn't even have it in their records that I had called. This is the third time I've arranged for a special pick up and put it out on the day they designated and it wasn't picked up. This sanitation department is terrible and I don't quite understand why we have to pay extra money for it.
