  Horrible filthy hotel. Stinks. Stairs are unsafe. Managers are rude. Crack addicts walking in front of the hotel. Don't leave anything in ur car. Ur underwear will even disappear. If I could have rated it zero I would have

  Was really surprised how clean it is after reading the other reviews.not bad very quiet here.great room for the low price.the front office person is very nice.no bed bugs no roaches.we stood here for about 6 weeks. I will rent there again.

  .I wanted to put out a little blerb about the Sandman motel if you want a nice clean room for a good price in a nostalgic moterlodge it's the place to be in Phoenix. The added bonus is the nice spacious rooms. Two Thumbs up!!!! B.Davids Portland,Orgeon
