  Was looking forward to opening an account but the lady behind the desk when you first enter was condescending and wasn't very friendly. Upon going to the tellers, I dunno if it was that person's first day but didn't seem to know what they were doing behind the desk and their co-worker ended up helping me schedule an appointment but they said they were booked up that day and was gonna schedule me next week (didn't seem like anyone was coming in anytime soon). Didn't really provide any great customer service and felt like they were trying to get me to leave because of the way I look I guess. Didn't seem like a place I'd want to trust my money with. Go somewhere else.

  My mom is a long time customer and the staff are always nice treating people with courtesy, professionalism, and like long time friends.

  Ali Barakat hands down one of the nicest person that you will meet he will go above and beyond in helping you with what ever you need. The whole branch is very professional and always ready to help you with what you need.

  I’m new to the credit union and I had the best phone service experience. I called about a check that I needed released and Natavia was on it. She informed me of the policy while also coming up with solutions to solve my issue. I really appreciated the customer service!
