  Not sure why so much hate for them. I walked in, got my number, paid the fine, got parking permit all within 25 mins. The person was nice. Taking 1 star away because they could have opened couple more windows to reduce the 15 mins wait time.

  Home for the Meter Maids that fill up that stupid quota and remind us, it could always be worse (in another life one could be a leech meter maid).

  Scam artist on the metters. They can not tell time on parking metter or even residential signs.

  Bring you computer-phobic holdout friend here and make them buy a fast pass -- bye bye phobia. This is a good place to pop in and contest a citation. They have somehow re-purposed a mailbox and painted it white. Put your request-for-review in the mailbox, look at the sad faces sitting in purgatory waiting for their number to be called and step outside ASAP.

  This place is rather dreary, if you're at the MTA, odds are you're having a bad time. They should put their hours on the web site. The MTA is open from: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
