  First let me say that I used their counter parts in San Francisco. I would rate them lower than poor if I could. Almost every piece of furniture was scratched or damaged beyond that. Some of our belongings are still missing and the movers did damage to the doorway and walls of our old building. To top it off, we moved a little less than a year ago and we still haven't reached a resolution with the insurance company. If you are in Bay Area, use someone else.
