  Shade, wildlife, beautiful scenery and an idyllic ambiance. You couldn't ask for a better trail in Texas. Definitely worth a walk if you are visiting town. There are many places to leave the trail and explore, as well. Highly recommend it!

  Every time I walk or jog on the path along the San Antonio River I enjoy myself. There are plenty of nice spots, park benches, and a well maintained multi-use trail. It would be a travesty to live nearby and not utilise this trail system. I certainly recommend coming here, just please don't litter.

  Nice for walking,running and riding. Its just a shame that after heavy rains the area along the river is strewn with plastic bags,bottles and other unsightly garbage. Shows we need to do more to restric the use of plastic bags and how poorly we do plastic bottle recycle.
