  Fantastic KOA!!! Nice setting and open layout. Great facilities and easy access to San Antonio River Walk and other sites. Very nice tent camping area in the back, especially for a suburban location.

  The San Antonio KOA campground is great. Very clean bathrooms and showers, great water pressure in the showers and plenty of hot water, a good selection of cable channels, Verizon gets 4G with 4 bars, good WiFi, and staff is fabulous. Interior roads are easy to navigate. We are parked on level gravel lot with a patio. Our site is a bit short for us and a bit tight, but definitely doable and we have a small patio. There is large beautiful pool with a really nice deck and lounge chairs. There is a large approx. 1 acre pond on the property. During the weekends they have various social and food events and things for the kiddies to do. The KOA won the 2015 best KOA award and I know why. Washing machines $2.00, dryers $1.50.

  We got the cabin that sleeps 6. No kitchen. Had AC and was clean. Nice porch and a BBQ and picnic table. Really nice facilities close to many attractions. We came out for our sons graduation from AIT at Fort Sam Houston and have been very happy with this KOA.

  Wonderfully clean and neat campground built in a natural setting. The included amenities add tremendous value to your stay here. The staff are very cordial and helpful. I’ve made this my regular place to stay when I travel to San Antonio which is at least monthly.

  Rented an rv spot here for 2 nights. We had reserved a spot over the phone but when we looked in person we didn't like the location. The girls in the office were very accommodating in helping us find a better spot suited for us. We chose C7 right beside a bldg & it worked out great because there was additional space to park our other vehicle. This particular space has no grill like the others but it was fine with us as we brought our own. The people we met here were super friendly. We took a stroll to the little pond where we saw several ducks & turtles. I really enjoyed our stay.
