::I have only been here once but had a good experience. Visited for a contact lenses fitting. I waited only about 10 minutes. A new tech was getting trained, so the initial exam was a little flustered and there was some confusion on their part, but it went quickly. The doctor I saw, Dr. Selmer, was very good and took time to answer all of my questions. I plan to use them again. 4 stars for the bit of chaos with the trainee.

::Waited over two hours. My child was not seen by the doctor. The staff was absolutely rude. I was asked if I could afford another pair of glasses since my daughters insurance only covered one. Excuse me? What kind of insinuation was that. Very displeased with the service.

::My husband had an eye appointment with San Antonio eye center, and he was told to read the smallest letters on the chart. No other exams were done and was told he had 20/20 vision. My husband currently has a prescription from another eye doctor where he wears bifocals and seen for 45 minutes thoroughly at the VA at Data Point. This doctor spent ten minutes with my husband and doctor told him he was fine. Veterans try not to come here. Talk to VA and find another clinic. It is my belief that these doctors are taking advantage of veterans because they are getting paid handsomely. Please do your homework veterans don't allow these doctors to take advantage of you.
