  Didn't get any help when my Alejandro and I both complained about mold and rodents eating its way thru the apt from fire sprinkler. Was told repeatedly in writing by Andrew emails that they had no authority to enter Apt. At Marquis @Tpc or formerly known as Cibolo Canyon Apartments. When I gave the address the lady that answered already knew the name bcuz she said they've received lots of calls and still no help. Even after i sent them video infested with extremely large bats and rodents. I got no help.
