  This was my first time needing a passport and I walked in twenty minutes prior to them closing and the lady in the front made it very clear that once it was five everything stops, but yet she still gave me the forms to fill out. She was very rude and condescending! Plus, her sidekick the security guard keep reminding me that they close at five. Finally, I told him I know what time you said the first time and let me finish filling out the forms with out you interrupting me; and, yet he keeps on talking? I don't understand why she gave me the forms if her intentions was to tell me you ran out of time please leave. Is this what my taxes pay for "Rude Customer Service".
