  I had a great experience at Sam levitz on Prince, so far. Started with a new salesman , Cesar and continued with his lead, Lola. Cesar was new but had no problem learning while making the sale. The two of them made this my best experience ever while at a Sam Levitt's. The two of them made me laugh while spending money it was great and they dealt with my corny jokes and sarcasm very well. I would when I go back these two are still there so I can deal with them again. It was good thanks and when I do return I will ask for them hands down. Cesar and Lola thanks again.

  Terrence our sales rep was awesome! He helped find what my family needed for our new home. He knew exactly what would fit in our budget and really listened to our ideas as to what we were looking for. If you want a person that gives you room and makes you feel at ease, definitely ask for Terrence at the front door! Delivery was fast too! I will be shopping here again!

  Ask for Juan Rivera he is excellent at his job. He was very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. I am so thankful for all his help, he did everything possible to make it an awesome experience! I would recommend him to anybody looking into making a furniture purchase. He really took his time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchases. 5 stars from me!

  Chris the salesperson was awesome! He explained things thoroughly and was not pushy in any way. Will definitely call on him again for future needs. I indeed needed more furniture, I knew Chris was out unexpectedly, but Shannon offered immediately to help me AND give Chris credit. What a wonderful experience to find co-workers willing to go above and beyond just to ensure customer satisfaction. Shannon and Chris you are both fantastic and now I have "2 friends in furniture"! I'll be baaccckk....

  From the moment we walked in, we had amazing service. Shannon was so helpful. She helped us find exactly what we needed and was extremely knowledgeable. What a great asset to the store. We had a bit of an inventory mishap where our item was actually not in the store, but Shannon was able to locate another store and have it delivered right to us! The customer service was above and beyond. Thanks to Neal for assistance in setting up the delivery of our purchase. We will definitely be back. Excellent service! And for anyone looking for new furniture head to this location and ask for Shannon!
