  Been patronizing this location for 10+ years for personal and business. Last year after communicating that I may or may not need a specific amount of a product, Christy in receiving informs me that it was OK because they had a 100% credit policy with the shipper. As feared, I didn't need the products and because of this my business has suffered irreplaceable damage. Way to cover yourself and ruin me Christy!

  I’m not sure about other locations, but this one doesn’t carry a lot of things I saw they supposedly have according to their website: primarily gluten-free and/or dairy free options. I’m that pain in the butt person that has food allergies, so I like to stock up on food items I can eat. The items that they do have are pretty minimal and basic, you might as well just buy elsewhere. To their credit, the fruit and vegetables were fresh and delicious, and you can find cheap GF bread at the Walmart next to it, so there’s that.

  I enjoy going to Sam's Club it's like a toy store for adults. I like the savings on bulk items. The staff is helpful and friendly and makes our visit pleasant!

  Came in and was told I had to leave because I’m not a plus member and that I’d have to come back at 10am which is BS!! The one in Aurora was opened and let me in. Kinda wrong how u guys want to do business it should be opened to everyone who has a membership here period!!!! I will not be back to this one!

  There are associated through out the club offering assistance. Once I asked about a specific product and three associates took the time to scurry around to find it for me. One of the greatest things is the scan and go. Other companies should leverage this same alternative for their guests because it really beats waiting in line.
