::the worst service there is. I received a coupon to buy a single day that expired on July 30, 2018, I had planned to buy a storage shell and other things. I drove 30 minutes, I waited another 25 minutes to attend to me, only two people attending and in doing so they told me that they no longer accepted those coupons, really? if it is still valid! He told me that he had to have membership. Then I asked her if I could not buy, which she said no. They seem like the workers who are there who do not like their work, they just spend it eating. so easy it would have been just to give the pass to buy or not maybe if they had given me another option to buy maybe I would accept it, thanks SAM CLUB! I preferred to buy at costco better service. this happened today May 10 as at 3:30 pm, attended by an adult woman.

::Customer service sucks. Whenever they price the phone cases, it’s $10 off in total, but when you go to pay for it, it goes back to the original price. At the food stand, the people wanted us to go wait in line for something we already paid for, but we were already waiting for a yogurt. Just go to Costco, waaaaay better

::Was called by the vender to,pickup return goods 2 pallets. Arrived at shipping dock 1:15pm rand bell no answer. Called inside store spoke with claims dept. They put me on,hold ten minutes then told me come back tomorrow. If they're supposed to,be open till 1:30pm as she stated, why did nobody and we in,back. A maintenance guy called the store manager. I waited another 15-20 minutes. Nevermind how far we drove. The claims person did not provide customer service as the Wal-Mart mission statement says. Not over or above. Needs training and help,in,this store. We pay their salaries.

::Love this Sam's Club! It's like Costco, but the employees are nicer, and the shoppers are less pushy. Selection is good, and everything is clean and well organized.
