::We attempted to buy a mattress in store today. We noticed they didnt have our model in stock for our size. The customer service representative told us that we had to order online. I looked up the online price, and it was $100 more than the in store price. I told her that I was willing to pay the price of the in store sign, and they told me that they "couldn't price with their online store." I told them that I didnt want to price match, I wanted to pay the in store price! They told me they didnt carry our size in store. I asked them why they had the sign, and they told me "it's just there." I used to wonder why Sam's clubs are dropping like flys, but if this is their typical customer service, I can't say I'm surprised.

::We've never had bad customer service here. *The food service people aren't the greatest but the other employees are super nice. The store is clean and well organized.

::Sam's in Burleson was so backed up at the register today and was so excited that I had downloaded their ap that let me scan products as I put them in my cart. I went right past those lines and out the door as the lady scanned my phone. Best thing ever! Time saver!
