  Since you have remodeled the Bryant Irving store it is the sorryest store you have in Fort Worth.ir is not friend .They want you to use self check which I will not use.You done away with with the best handicap parking .to make room for your call in orders.I don't want any one picking my meats( was a butcher early in my life) my veggies or fruit.I shop at Sam's it Texas Tenn and Ark.I went to Bryant Irving store for 2 items they had two check outs open and six self check open I stood in line for twenty minutes to check out. I could have been in Burleson sore and checked out I will not be back two your Bryant Irving store again.you have made a mistake with your new concept

  The food court is a complete mess. Had to place order for 1 drink at kiosk, paid with card, but stood in line for 15 minutes to get it. When I got to the register, the guy tried to charge me again. Also, was told that the cola was out and i would have to choose another flavor! Someone needs to work this thing out! It takes twice as long than it used to. Not organized at all!

  This place looks good after the renovation! I get most of the groceries from sam’s. I like coming here. Good place.

  Rude clerk this morning, 4/3/18 around 10 am. White woman, skinny, long brown curly hair. Refused to accept my apology when my cart accidentally brushed her leg. Clerks should be courteous, gracious, and make the customer feel welcome. Elnora and Colette are terrific! This woman should be stocking shelves.

  Friendly service, convenient location, the renovations are very nice. Wishes they would make it clear whether you have to show your membership card, some employees want to see it, some don't. The policy has been yes and no throughout many years of going here. Overall, the membership price is worth it to me, but it does depend on how much you need to buy in bulk. I do love the self checkout, it's very accessible and usually faster
