  Their self checkouts are awful,they have no scanner scales on the self checkouts while there’s scanner scales on the regular checkouts! That is so weird. I like Walmart but I hate sams club.

  Since they changed the checkout area last year, the lines move much faster.

  Did not renew our membership here.Long lines to check out and nobody cared.Also long lines at member services desk.Costco has better products and lower prices too.Will do our shopping there from now on.

  Great staff, prices and selection. The only issue I have is, I can't get my racks of ribs cut anymore.. 😥😥😥

  It's a whole sale store (no shopping bag). So the volume of products at the counter is higher and usually there is a longer line. Most recently they started the App thing. With the App, you can scan your product as you pick and go. This saves the time and you will not have to wait in line. You will need to download the app “Scan & Go” by samsclub and then set a payment on your app (your card info) and then once you are done shopping you can pay it with the stored card on the app. Also they have gas as well. Their price is way cheaper than regular gas station.
