  Today, I went Sam's club in garner with my wife. After shopping, we were going to our home. Then we spring to realize we left her purse on shopping cart. I immediately call her cell phone. Then manager, Jeff got our phone call, he let us know he has my wife purse at his office. When I came back to store, he checked we are the person who lost purse, then he kindly bring us to his office then give us her purse. I asked him who found her purse. He let us know he is Zack. I met Zack with Manager, Pass him our deep appreciation. We were very happy that we have Jeff and Zack in our community when we came back home. We will keep using sams club to see Jeff and Zack. Thanks again.

  Love shopping here. Wish they still carried prepackaged brownies they use to carry.

  This store is clean and organized, each department has all of the merchandise, all of the time. I prefer this store to others in Raleigh due to this and the great selection.

  This is your typical Sam's club store. They carry everything the other Sam's clubs carry. The day we were there nobody waited on us in the tire/lube area. We had to go get somebody from the floor to get someone to come over to help us. It's frustrating when you waste time standing around waiting for an employee to help you. We ended up leaving because they seemed to be too busy to take care of us.

  Cheap bulk groceries and gas. Best way to save money on the essentials. Store carries plenty of popular brands. It would be nice if some brands like Fairlife, etc were added. Customer service could use some help. Employees are not very helpful and do not really care about their job.
