  The store is fairly new and not as busy as the Grand Prairie location, there's usually always a parking space close to the door. Plenty of variety as far as products go. However, the 3 star rating is due to an issue I had at the bakery. Ordered a 3 tier birthday cake for my granddaughter and they ended up making it vanilla instead of the requested chocolate cake. When I told the lady in the bakery, she denied the problem by saying I asked for vanilla, so I showed her the cake order form I filled out clearly stating chocolate. She went on to say that since there wasn't anything physically wrong with the cake, there was nothing she could do. Seemed to me like she was just upset about being wrong so decided to take it out on me by not correcting her mistake. Such a shame.

  Very clean store that is normally well stocked. The aisles are very wide and perfect for people in wheelchairs. Every time I come here though it is crowded so it is not always a in and out trip as it takes a bit at the checkout, but thank goodness they have an option for self checkout to try and get out quickly. The employees however are very polite and helpful. I love the buy in bulk that you can do here as it saves money even though it is not quite as good as Costco I still like coning here for some deals still try and do your math because some Wal-Mart deals I have found are still better than the bulk deals and you can get just as much of the item sometimes more. The small fast food area inside the store is good I like getting the pizza but the rest of the food on the menu is also very descently priced! You will have to pay yearly membership - same like Costco but it is reasonably priced. The parking lot is pretty huge just spread out and you have easy access to freeway.

  I’m currently sitting in the parking lot. Have been waiting for 25 minutes waiting for them to bring out the items I bought. So far no conclusion. Will update as events unfold Edit: they seem to have found the elusive item. We’ll see how long it takes for them to bring it out. Edit 2: 35 minutes in now. This thing must be a national treasure with how long it’s taking them to bring it out. Maybe we should call Nicholas Cage. Also, they brought one of my items out. Weighed appx 250 lbs. No helpful load team. Luckily a fellow customer helped me load it. More to come. Edit 3: 45 minutes in. Shelf was sitting in customer service. How long is unknown. Luckily there were 3 people in customer service guarding it so it didn’t get stolen. Finally on my way home.

  Way cleaner then the SAMS on i-20! Definitely better customer service also! This location is way closer to me - i always went to the one off I-20 because it was familiar to me- even after i moved to the area i would still go to the one on I-20!- i was nuts! This one is less busy;less crowded definitely way more well managed!
