::Everything is good, except that I have to go inside the freezer everytime I need milk, eggs, juice etc. whoever is in charge is too lazy to push the products forward for the customers to grab the products. Everything else is good. The pizza is excellent.

::I am writing today August 14, 2017 to complain of the poor service / bad customer service I received from Sam’s Club Harvey store # 8221 I visit this store often and I’m very happy about the bargains and big selection of products but I was very upset at the treatment I received today by the deli representative, she was a young woman no name tag or ID showing who she was so her name is a mystery to me and 99.9 % of clients. I love you pizza & Hotdogs and since a client in front of me was ordering pretzel. I also had ask for pretzel, I wanted to give it a try as well. I always said please and thank you when ordering my food. They did not bother to return my salutation or acknowledge me in any other way; the only acknowledgement I got was where is the money? After I paid for my food I went to seat and eat my slice of pizza and wait for my pretzel. After waiting for over 17 minutes I decided to ask the young woman where my pretzel was. Instead of her apologizing for forgetting my order she ignore me and after my 3rd request of asking how long do I have to wait she told me 5 more minutes. Once she give me the pretzel in polite manner I told her she should have better customer service and once again I was ignore. I request to speak to a manager, I was lucky to speak to Lisa she was one of the manager on duty. I ask her if customer services was important to her and she reply: that is was, so told her what had happen to me and she immediately wanted to reimbursement for my purchase but I told her that was not necessary I just wanted a better service. And that’s all I’m asking is I’m sorry I mess up your order or thank you for your business etc. that goes a long way.
