  Great customer service! Carmine spent time with us on every visit. We had to make a number of trips before we finally made a decision. We always felt welcome.

  My wife and I recently bought a new home and purchased all of our tiles from Carmine at Sam's. Carmine was extremely patient with us and answered all of our questions with a smile. He had exactly what we were looking for and his prices were great. We get so many compliments on the stuff we bought from him and highly recommend him to anyone in the market for new tile.

  I recently used Sam’s for a kitchen and bath renovation. My contractor recommended them after I went to a couple of stores and didn’t find anything I really liked. They have a great selection and It was the neatest store we went to. Carmine and Bill were great. I highly recommend them. Oh and their prices are also good.

  I’ve know Carmine for a long time so it was easy to say I’d be going to Sams for my tiles. I initially went for just shower tiles and had no idea what I really needed. Carmine was extremely professional and helped me pick out a fantastic tile design and also helped me pick out flooring to match. After having it installed and seeing the outcome, I can say I’m very happy with Sams and will be using them again. soon.

  Excellent customer service. Carmine took the time to explain the difference in materials and offered his professional opinion on different styles. Everything was great. I tiled 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a front patio. Product arrived fast and was extremely easy to deal with. I will be back for my next project. Thank you again Carmine for making this project much easier.
