  Fun to go at night. Bar turns into a club at night. It's more fun to go people watch, I love to see how drunk and wild those with European descent act. Priceless.

  Music was great. I love firefighters so the old school fire truck inside was a nice touch. The crowd was full of young college aged kids in track suits. I was way over dressed!

  Food is pretty damn good... Try the steak special on Thursday's... I was surprised at a bar having better than steak house quality... Friday and Saturday nights turns into a club scene with great music and nice vibe...

  This is the closest thing to a local bar I've ever had. Salty Dog is around the corner from my apartment. The drinks are cold, the food is good, and the atmosphere is something special. This bar is built in a restored firehouse and is decorated with all sorts of NYFD gear and memorabilia. Happy hour drink specials and a great wing selection. I take people here all the time when they visit.
