  I never write reviews, but I will not be returning to this salon ever again. My mom and I have been getting our hair done at this salon for a couple of years without ever having any issues. It’s important for me for my mom to feel comfortable when getting her hair done and she did when Allie (sadly she left) was doing her hair. The difference in service today was that there was confusion from the moment we walked into the door. Not only was my mom’s hair “matched” to black, but at the end of her single process it was expected that she diffuse her own hair after I repeatley told the “translator” that I had made an appointment for someone there to diffuse my mom’s hair. After having to repeat myself (about 3 times) the “translator” then took my mom to the person who did her single process to diffuse her hair. Long story short no product was put in my mom’s hair and she walked out of the salon after paying for a service looking like a frizzy mess. To top it all off once we got into the car I had to take water and a tissue to take the left over dye off of my mom’s face. It would be best to advice your employees to be careful how they treat your clientele because people notice and it leaves a very nasty taste behind. Lovely experience!

  I love going the employees are nice, but mostly I good to Tracy for my hair cuts she is great!!!!

  I love this place! Not only is the ambiance great but, their colorist Angela is amazing and over the years has brought me from brunette to blonde to dark again without any hiccup! She's super honest about what looks will work and what won't! And, Yasmin has been doing my hair cuts and blow outs, also did my wedding hair and is amazingly talented! I constantly get compliments on my hair and it's because of these 2!!

  I visited this salon for the first time yesterday and I could not be happier!! I typically have colored my hair throughout my life by using store bought box dye and I knew if I wanted to go lighter, I'd have to seek a professional. Like most women who do not frequent salons more than once every 5 or so years, I was extremely nervous!!! I heard about this salon from a mutual friend of Allie who is a colorist there. Allie let me know what to expect, answered all of my questions and together we embarked on the massive undertaking that is an ombre... on my box-dyed waist length hair hahhha ... it came out absolutely amazing and I am sooooo happy I put my trust in her. Its worth noting that everyone I came in contact with was super sweet - including the girl who rinsed my hair and helped untangle all of it (anyone who's had an ombre done knows what I mean!) And the gentleman who did the blow out was also phenomenal, his name is Lewis. I was a bit in a rush and he blew my hair out flawlessly. Finished in time for me to head to another appointment I needed to get to. I'm hooked!!! I'm already thinking about my next visit!!!!
