  Vanessa made my hair too dark although I told her a millions times I do not want to be too dark. I actually found reviews on other websites from ladies who did their hair with Vanessa and had the same exact problem... She also took 3 clients in between my service blaming the owner for booking her inappropriately, although when I booked my appointment I spoke directly with her and it was 3 weeks in advance. I mean I could understand some delays but in total I waited 2 hours for her to pay attention to me. At some point I just wanted to stand up and to walk out but I had keratin on my hair which was not dry yet (Yep, she put keratin on my hair, did not dry it and went to do highlights to another client). She also did her personal business while doing my hair like calling her telephone provider to fix her phone bill because she did not pay for 3 or 5 months. Imaging on the same day while I was seating in the salon she also hired a girl/ hair assistance who happens to call on that day looking for a job. And when girl arrive to see the salon she asked her to dry my hair. At this points I got mad... ladies do not come there on Sundays when owners r not around!

  I have been coming to this salon for yrs Christina has been cutting my hair for 17 yrs. I love how she cuts my hair it always comes out great.. It's a full service salon with even make up application for a special occasion. Try this shop you'll be a regular customer like me.
